  22.  akNAIL.datatype is a IFF-NAIL datatype for reading IFX thumbnail
  23.  files - which have to have the extension .info (not to be mixed
  24.  up with icon files).
  25.  
  26.  12 and 24 bit thumbnail files are supported (output as 24 bit).

  31.    - picture.datatype V39-42:

  33.       o (upto) 256 palette colors
  34.       o HAM6 or HAM8

  36.    - picture.datatype V43 (CyberGraphX or Picasso96 *) or V44 (OS 3.5)

  38.       o 24 Bit RGB

  40.  Where upto 256 colors always will be exported unmodified,
  41.  and 24 Bit data either is dithered or converted to HAM6/HAM8,
  42.  if it can't be or should not be exported unmodified.
